An ultraparticulate type vertical bead mill which developed by HWAMAW Machine this type of vertical mill to grind the particle size by rigid small bead as grinding medium, and coordinate the high hardness of tungsten steel inner layer with high speed driving of disc. the grinding principle is depending the high speed turning to move the grinding beads as circulation of acceleration of gravity and the pressure of magnetic field. this circulation principle let the raw materials beating, kneading, and crushing with grinding beads in narrowly pressing space to make more multi-angles of circulation and grinding, then to achieve the function of emulsion, dispersion, and pulverization.
- Characteristics of nanomed vertical bead mill is specialized in the part of circulation, the raw materials was feeding from down-chamber part to go up by pumping pressure and out from upper part of grinding chamber, the grinding beads which packed inside of chamber will falling down due to the heavy specific gravity and gravitation, these falling down of beads will come and cross with raw materials which had already went up from chamber bottom by air pumping pressure. this up and down of convection with high speed turning of shafts will make more multi-angles of circulation, all the materials which pumping into the chamber can be ground 100% in completely closed-pressure type of grinding chamber, therefore, this type of grinding effects can make pulverizing materials or condensed particles easily to nano level.
- Grinding medium for ultraparticulte type vertical bead mill is within 0.5mm diameter, the hardness of beads should be reached at least moh??s scale 9. identically, the inner-layer of grinding chamber and grinding disc must have the same. this equally of hardness can stand much high speed of hitting and no damage. to use the beads size within 0.5mm, it can be narrowed the space between grinding beads, and got more opportunities of hitting. because 0.5mm dia of grinding beads is light, if we want to let smaller size of grinding bead to succeed the grinding effects, it should to accelerate the running speed at least 30m/second, or 100km/hour, then, this running speed of hitting can succeed the grinding particle size as "nano" or "sub-nano" level.
